Direct Bank Transfer

You can deposit money into your casino account using a local bank transfer from your personal bank account. This includes online banking, telephone banking or in person over-the-counter.

Once you have made your transfer there will be a short delay before the funds are received and credited to your casino account. This may take a few days depending on the territory concerned.

You receive your winnings directly in your bank account. Just select the Direct Bank Transfer option when you withdraw.

There are no fees for using Direct Bank Transfer. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their bank. Contact your bank for more information on your bank's policy concerning fees.

To initiate your cashouts enter the amount you would like to withdraw and choose the Direct Bank Transfer option on the Cash Out screen. You will then be asked to enter information about your bank account.

The registered bank account holder's name must be the same as the name registered at the online casino.

Quote the reference number provided when you make your transaction to ensure your payment is applied correctly. Retain all paperwork as proof of payment for future queries.

Limits
Currently the Direct Bank Transfer cashout limits are:

$10 - minimum cashout
$5,000 - maximum cashout
Maximum of 1 transfer per 24 hours

Exception
Direct Bank Transfer in connection with online gambling is not available to players located in the US.
