3. Tobey Maguire is a well-known celebrity gambler. Losing to Ben Affleck didn't stop Spiderman from winning $186,000 at a $2,000 buy-in tournament at the Hollywood Park Casino in October 2004 though.

4. Michael Owen needs no introduction. This talented Liverpool footballer has a particular liking for card games. Team mate Wayne Rooney apparently owes the star striker £70 000 in unpaid gambling debts.
