Rivers Calls Poker Pro Annie Duke 'Hitler'
Things got controversial on Celebrity Apprentice this week when comedian Joan Rivers compared World Series of Poker bracelet winner Annie Duke to Adolf Hitler during a dispute between the two contestants. The two began to fight following Duke's victory in episode 8 of the show, after she raised $153,000 for charity Refugees International, compared to Rivers' $92,000 (the most money raised in the eight year history of the Donald Trump-hosted reality TV program). When Duke later referred to herself as "nice", Rivers replied, "Hitler was nice", at which point the name calling got out of control. In a side interview later on, Duke responded to Rivers outburst, saying "That woman is completely f***ing dead to me. One hundred percent... She's a crazy b**** and as far as I'm concerned she can never speak to me again."
In an attempt to keep the feud going, Rivers later posted an apology on her Twitter page, but in a twist the apology was not directed at Duke.
