UNC vs Michigan State Betting Odds

March Madness is almost over, most of the teams have finished their seasons and are ready for a well-earned rest, and at the end of it all just two teams are left for Monday night's NCAA college basketball final - North Carolina and Michigan State.

The four-time championship winners North Carolina Tar Heels go into the match a 7.5 point spread favorite with most Las Vegas and online sports books.

That is despite the fact the game will be played in Michigan - at Detroit's Ford Field in front of an expected crowd of more than 70,000 people - where the two-time championship winning Spartans will be hoping for an upset in their home state.

North Carolina came into the final four as favorites given their impressive form line and did not disappoint in its 83-69 victory over Villanova in the semi-finals. Michigan State upset highly-rated Connecticut in the other semi, 82-73.

The Tar Heels won the only meeting between the two finalists earlier this season, with a crushing 98-63 at Michigan State's Breslin Center.

The game pits Michael Jordan's alma mater (UNC) against Magic Johnson's alma mater (Michigan State), prompting bookmakers to give odds on whether the two will attend the game. BetUS is offering odds of 5/6 on both the answers yes and no.
