NBC's Own Poker Ace

Poker has long been a global success story. It is behind online poker, an industry that generates billions of dollars and entertains tens of millions of players. Its effect has not escaped television.

NBC carries poker events, tournaments, games and more, which are watched by millions of poker fans. Their latest show is called Ace the Face.

The poker TV show Face the Ace airs on Saturdays. A release from NBC states:

"The show features four smoked-glass doors that hold behind each a world-class professional poker player. In each episode, one or more lucky contestants get to pick an 'Ace' and their opponent will emerge from behind one of the doors. They will play an exhilarating heads-up no limit hold'em game that requires aggression, poise and bluffing."

Besides professional poker players and Texas holdem poker, the show also features Megan Abrigo.

Young Ms. Abrigo is the co-host of the new NBC show, Face the Ace.

Born and raised in Hawaii, on the island of Oahu, Megan has not even been a successful model for long before getting snatched by the high profile TV series as hostess.

She was previously briefcase girl number 6 on another NBC game show, "Deal or No Deal."
