Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid lead the odds for the 2009-10 UEFA Champions League, with just one last playoff round to be finished before the 32-team group stage gets underway.

Champions League Odds
The two teams are both offering 5.50 at William Hill Sports, although defending champs Barcelona have the edge in the Ladbrokes odds at 5.50, compared to Real Madrid's 6.00, setting up the prospect of a "Super Classico" matchup between the two teams in the final, which will be played in May at Real's Santiago Bernabeu stadium.

In a tournament dominated in recent years by Spanish and English sides, it is no surprise that four of the next five contenders hail from the English Premier League.

Manchester United (6.00 at Ladbrokes, 7.50 at William Hill), Chelsea (8.00 at Ladbrokes, 6.00 at William Hill), Liverpool (9.00 at Ladbrokes, 10.00 at William Hill) and Arsenal (15.00 at Ladbrokes, 13.00 at William Hill) are interrupted only by Italian champion Inter Milan (13.00 at Ladbrokes, 11.00 at William Hill).

Europa League Odds
The story is slightly different in the second-tier Europa League (formerly known as the UEFA Cup), which is traditionally won by a wider variety of clubs.

Roma is a 13.00 Ladbrokes favorite to win the tournament under its new format, which includes a group stage with 12 groups of four teams, playing each other at home and away.

German side Hamburg and Spanish team Villareal (both 15.00 at Ladbrokes) are Roma's main competition, while Everton (17.00) and Aston Villa (21.00) are England's best hopes.
