The new National Football League season got underway last Sunday, which means tonight is Week 2. Most of the contenders started the season with wins, including reigning champion New Orleans and the new favorite, Green Bay.

The Packers, tipped to be the big improver after bowing out at the wildcard stage last season, begin 2010/11 as the odds leader at most Las Vegas and foreign sports books, with British bookmaker William Hill quoting 7/1 odds for the small-town team to win Super Bowl XLV.

The New Orleans Saints are 9/1 to salute for a second straight year, but it will be tough, with six other teams breathing right down their necks in the betting: New England, San Diego, Baltimore and Indianapolis, 10/1, and Dallas and the New York Jets, 12/1.

The biggest match of week two will be the contest between Indianapolis and the New York Giants, which pits brothers Eli and Peyton Manning against each other in the battle for bragging rights at Thanksgiving dinner.

Although Eli's Giants started their season with a win, while Peyton's Colts lost their opener, the Colts start steady 5.5 point favorites (Bwin) to win this contest at home.

Indianapolis lost only once at their Lucas Oil Stadium during all of last season, on their way to making the Super Bowl.
