The Green Bay Packers will play the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLV on February 6, and millions around the world are already considering where to lay their bets.

Despite finishing the regular season record with a 10-6 record, the three-time Super Bowl champion Packers head into the big dance as a solid odds favorite after becoming the first NFC 6th seed ever to defeat the top three seeded teams on the road in the playoffs.

Pittsburgh ties the Dallas Cowboys' record of eight for most Super Bowl appearances, and can build on its NFL record six victories in the big match, with the most recent win being in 2008.

Odds

The odds aren't varying too much between most of the major online and mobile sportsbooks. Green Bay was being quoted at time of writing as 8/11 at William Hill, 13/20 at Titan Bet, and 4/6 at 888sport. Pittsburgh was paying 6/5 at Hill and Titan, with shorter odds of 11/10 at 888.

Most bookies are also taking bets on other options like money line, match spread and total points, with more specials sure to appear in the days leading up to the big game in Dallas.
