William Hill to Sponsor ESPN Soccer

Leading British online sports betting provider William Hill has signed an agreement to become the exclusive sponsor of ESPN television coverage of several of the top leagues in European football.

Hill joins the big leagues

As part of the deal, William Hill becomes the exclusive sponsor of the world's largest sports network's coverage of the Italian Serie A, Dutch Eredivisie and Russian Premier League. The deal is a multi-platform one, which means its extends to TV, mobile and online.

The online bookmaker will sponsor all of ESPN's televised match coverage of all three leagues - whether live, delayed or highlights - including pre- and end-break TV bumpers. The sponsorship agreement also extends to preview and review programs for the leagues.

Mobile, online sponsorship

Thanks to ESPN's range platforms and devices, William Hill also becomes exclusive betting partner for ESPN's upcoming mobile app for ESPNsoccernet - the world's most popular football news and information website. Hill will be integrated into the football app with a "bet now" button that enables users to make in-play wagers.

Completing the huge multi-platform deal, the online gambling company will also run display banners and ads on ESPNsoccernet online website.
