Online sportsbooks are predicting Swiss tennis legend Roger Federer to make one final hurrah at the upcoming ATP World Finals, installing him as favorite take out the year-ending tournament featuring the world's best eight players. This is despite his dropping to number four in the ATP Tour world rankings.

Federer the Favorite

William Hill Sports has Federer as 15/8 favourite to win the tournament, with the bookmaker justifying those odds as based on his fantastic form last week at the Paris Masters, and on the injuries being carried by his key rivals.

Behind Federer in the odds come: Andy Murray, 11/4, Novak Djokovic, 4/1, Rafael Nadal, 5/1, Jo Wilfried Tsonga, 12/1, Thomas Berdych, 20/1, David Ferrer, 33/1, and in last place comes the American underdog Mardy Fish, listed at 50/1.

Groups and Specials

In group betting, bet365 Sports has Federer 4/6 to top Group B and enter the final, ahead of Nadal, 11/5, Tsonga, 13/2, and Fish, 16/1. Local favourite Murray leads Group A odds betting at 10/11, ahead of world number one Djokovic, 7/4, Berdych, 11/2, and Ferrer, 14/1.

888Sports is the place to head for specials, with wagers available on options such as tournament winner to not lose a match or a set, in addition to options concerning the popular Federer and Murray. Make your first bet through your mobile device and 888 will guarantee you a £5/€5 no lose bet.
