Super Bowl Odds - Never Too Early to BetWhat song will Madonna sing first at the half-time show at Super Bowl XLVI?

With just four weeks to go in the NFL regular season, fans can feel Super Bowl XLVI drawing ever closer. Place an online wager on your championship pick, or check out the attractive specials on the half-time entertainment.

Packers Lead the Way

Believe it or not, the Green Bay Packers are still undefeated after 12 games, so it's no surprise they lead the William Hill Online odds for the championship, at a healthy 15/8. Other contenders are, in order: New England Patriots, 9/2, New Orleans Saints, 6/1, Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens and the San Francisco 49ers, all 10/1. All other teams are 25/1 and over.

The AFC Conference title is tighter than the NFC, if only because the Packers are dominating the latter. William Hill's AFC championship odds are led by the Patriots, 11/8, from the Ravens, 3/1, Steelers, 7/2, Houston Texans and Denver Broncos, 14/1, and New York Jets, quoting 20/1.

Team and Half-Time Specials

We like the specials being offered by the online sportsbooks. William Hill is quoting 5/2 for the Packers to continue their streak and go undefeated to the championship. At the other end of the table, they're offering evens on the Indianapolis Colts ending the season with out a win. The Colts are currently 0-12, a disastrous season.

Leading internet bookmaker Sports Interaction has opened odds on which song Madonna will open with in the half-time show. They seem to like Beautiful Stranger, 5.00, although Holiday and Into the Groove, 6.00, are both considered likely. Causing a Commotion is paying 7.00, and American Pie 8.00.
