Manchester United's electrifying start to the English Premier League season had the pundits asking whether they can win every game to the season, and now William Hill has even opened up online sports betting odds on the Red Devils achieving the feat. Since ending a game in a draw, albeit controversial, the question became: Can Manchester United complete the season without a loss?

Can they?

Manchester United has opened at 1000/1 at William Hill Online to win every premiership match this season. The reigning champs have won all five of their games so far, and must win another 33 to become the first team in history to achieve such a feat.

The online sportsbook has also opened odds on United and cross-town rival Manchester City remaining unbeaten through the season. United are now an incredible 10/1, while City, who have four wins and a draw to their name, at 10/1.

In premiership betting odds, United are 4/6 odds-on favourites for the honour, ahead of City, 5/2, Chelsea, 11/2, Liverpool, 33/1, Arsenal, 40/1, and Tottenham, 80/1.

William Hill is also offering odds on the relegation battle, with premiership new boys Swansea favoured at 4/6, and Norwich, 8/11, Blackburn, 13/8, Wigan, 7/4, QPR, 11/4, Bolton, 10/3, and Wolves, 4/1, also considered good chances to be among the three unlucky losers.

In the race for league top scorer, Wayne Rooney is 13/8 favourite, leading a pack of famous names like Torres, Van Persie, Aguero, Dezko, Hernandez, Adebayor and Suarez.

Chelsea's Fernando Torres is now 1/4 to retain his place in the Blues' starting line up this week.
