Affiliates Convention in Vegas

Both conventional and online marketing strategies are discussed and showcased during the event. This year´s convention took place earlier this week, lasting from September 11th - 12th. More than 600 people attended the event which was held in the Stardust Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

Among those in attendance were industry executives, affiliates, webmasters, affiliate managers and online casino operators. The event presents a stage for operators to showcase their games software and the benefits of joining their affiliate program. Poker Share and Sporting Bet are two of sites, which received a lot of attention during the 2-day convention. Poker Share, recently launched, introduced its much anticipated affiliate program.

Sporting Bet representatives flew especially from London and Costa Rica to conduct a seminar discussing the advantages of joining their affiliate program. The next Affiliate Convention will take place next year in Amsterdam. The event will be held on April 9th - 10th at the NH Grand Krasnapolsky Hotel in Amsterdam. Next year´s convention will concentrate solely on European marketing strategies for the industry.
