The conjecture that there may be a decline in poker gaming this week following comments by the Party Gaming CEO has surprised and even shocked industry insiders and online players alike. Party Gaming will still go ahead with a new business plan by announcing the launch of a mobile casino at subsidiary Starluck Casino.

Vikrant Bhargava, Marketing Director of Party Gaming sites had this to say about the new mobile games: "Party Gaming is delighted to have taken this first step towards exploiting this exciting new channel for its gaming products. Offering our games through mobile online casinos provides our customers with the freedom to play their favorite games whenever and wherever they want."

Starluck is just one of a number of gambling operations run by Party Gaming. The plans for the launch of a mobile product allows gamblers to play from their mobile phones. It´s seen as a move on the part of Party Gaming to bring some of its sites up to date. Mobile technology developer Cellectivity has helped develop the Java application that will allow players to enjoy all the great games they normally play on their PC on their mobile unit as well.
