More Games on Mobiles

More Games on MobilesGambling has had roughly three stages in the past century or so. At first, gamblers had to travel to certain destinations, Las Vegas, Atlantic City or elsewhere in Europe, in order to play and gamble.

Then came online casinos and the revolution that they have brought with them in all aspects, from accessibility to the games selection, from passing leisure time to issues of privacy. And now, as an extension of the Internet age, a third stage is developing, of mobile games.

Experts refer to this new stage as "the next frontier of online gaming." It is possible, or even likely, that wireless games available on mobile phones would really turn out to be such. Operators are leading the new field, causing excitement among the enthusiasts who will now be able to play their favorite games on their handhelds. While at first, the new platform had offered three games that we are familiar with from land based and sites, namely blackjack, roulette and slots, the newest versions of mobile casinos offer as many as 10 games.

Even progressive jackpot games, one of the leading developments and most successful features are offered on this new media. These games are connected to the jackpots, as the operators of the mobile casinos are also the operators of the online casino sites. So fans who are away from their computers, perhaps riding on the train or sitting in the park, can follow the jackpot sums at the progressive game and play to win. Currently, three such progressive jackpot games are offered on the new mobile platform.

The product, already partially implemented in certain markets, currently in post-beta version 2.1, will be available to gambling markets across the world. Content providers for the mobile games will come from countries that have strong records including the United Kingdom, South Africa, Canada, Australia and technology leader Japan. Players will be able to use their accounts, which they have with the content providers and sites, log onto their mobile platform and play the games from any place, any time.
