In Nevada alone, where gambling is legal throughout the state, there are loads of great venues to choose from. Outside of Las Vegas you can check out Reno, a city of lights that can potential rival Paris.

If you are looking for a small placethat is close by and fun to play at, you can check out one of the many Native American territories that are popping up across the 48 states. If you live in or around Connecticut, head on over to Foxwoods or the Mohegan Sun. Both are beautiful, offer hotels of the highest reputtaion, and rival the glamour and grandeur of Vegas. Florida, Texas and a plethora of other states across the US have several Native American casinos to choose from, many of which offer great poker tournaments and some of the latest technologies around.

Seeking to reap the benefits of profits, many states are looking to legalize some aspects of gambling. Pennsylvania, for example, has recently legalized slots and residents of Philadelphia, among others, are awaiting the grand openings of slot halls. Search the web to find out where there is a land-based casino around you so that you can play and have fun, without having to make your way into Las Vegas.
