Bingo Industry is Booming

It was a gathering like none other - the 5th Annual Bingo Summit at the Victoria Park Plaza in London. Representatives from the world's premier bingo companies and bingo software providers came together during June 8 and 9 to discuss everything bingo related.

A star-studded bingo industry event

Directors, CEOs, commercial managers, product managers, marketing heads, gaming directors and more, all came together to meet and greet with one another on all things bingo related. The purpose of the glittering get together was to showcase the rapid expansion of bingo gaming - notably online bingo gaming - in the global arena. Industry leaders rubbed shoulders in an effort to unlock the potential that bingo has to offer.

Key industry leaders included: Vice President of Bingo at 888, the Bingo Brand Manager at Giggle Bingo, the Head of Online Games at Ladbrokes, the Sales/Product/Head of Bingo Managers at Microgaming, the Head of Gaming at PaddyPower and the CEO of PartyGaming, to name but a few.

Key issues under consideration included:

• Ways and means of overcoming online bingo player saturation
• Ways of realizing future bingo development strategies
• Ways of differentiating and developing bingo brands
• Ways to explore new European bingo markets
• Ways of growing long-term market share

And the winners are:

Virtue Fusion put in a big effort and was handsomely rewarded as the Best Online Bingo Software Provider at this year's prestigious event. Close on its heels was Tombola which was awarded with the prize of the Best Online Bingo Operator. It wasn't all plain sailing for Tombola however, as industry giant Ladbrokes was closing in fast, as was Paddy Power. The award to Virtue Fusion is the 2nd such award for this stellar bingo gaming software provider. Judges were enamoured by the Deal or No Deal bingo offering provided by Virtue Fusion.
