Playtech Buy Online Gambling Affiliate Program
Leading online gaming software provider Playtech has acquired Euro Partners, the company announced to investors while releasing its annual results. Playtech made the acquisition after purchasing PT Turnkey Services, the holding company of Euro Partners, from founder and largest shareholder Teddy Sagi for an initial €140 million. Playtech DiversifiesPlaytech has said that this and other acquisitions will enable the group to be a single source supplier of online gaming solutions, particularly to the growing number of new entrants targeting regulated online markets. It says the acquired companies will comprise four separate service divisions, including a marketing division that will manage affiliates, an operations divisions that provides support to operators, a payment advisory division and a network management division to manage the Playtech iPoker network. Current licensees include Casino Tropez, Europa Casino, Titan Casino and Vegas Red Casino and there are advanced talks to add more to the list. |
