World-leading online gaming software company Playtech was recognized at the annual eGaming Review B2B Awards in London last Tuesday, picking up the award for best casino supplier and best bingo network.

Casino Supplier of the Year

Playtech's work in the field was vindicated when its name was called out as best casino supplier of the year. Later, its reputation got an ever further boost when its Virtue Fusion subsidiary, which develops and licenses online bingo products for such online bingo names as Ladbrokes Bingo, William Hill, Unibet and Nordic Gaming - won the bingo network award.

Following the second annual awards night, Playtech CEO Mor Weizer said it would send a significant message about the company's capability. He added that the firm is looking forward to building on its success in the coming year.

Rival Microgaming Also Wins Awards

Microgaming, Playtech's biggest rival in the field of eGaming software, also scooped up a pair of awards, after being named best poker network and best innovator in slots provision.

Meanwhile, rising star Dragonfish took home awards for bingo supplier and poker software, and Skrill Holdings - formerly known as Moneybookers - won the prize for best payments company.
