Four of the largest gambling corporations will operate out of Atlantic City.

Park Place Entertainment Corp. named Wallace Barr, a veteran of Atlantic City for 23 years, as its chief operating officer. Mark Brown was named chief operating officer for Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts.

Jack Gallaway was named chief operating officer of Isle of Capri Casino, formerly the president of Tropicana Casino & Resort.

These corporate officers have put in together a total of 66 years of Atlantic City experience compared to 5 years in Vegas.

Because of the competitiveness of Atlantic City, these executives are being pushed into thinking sharper and making quicker moves.
