Nevada Attracts Japanese Companies

Nevada is home to many Japanese companies.  Infact, approximately one-third of all foreign companies in Nevada are Japanese.  The reason being is that Nevada offers many attractive benefits that lure Japanese companies to this state.  


The Asian population has grown and Nevada hopes to encourage more Japanese companies to settle here. According to Al Di Stefano, director for the Commission on Economic Development, an investment guide has been put together to help in this recruitment effort.  He said that Nevada would join with Kaji & Associates to help promote this idea.


Tom Nugent of JCM American Corp., a Japanese concern linked in Nevada, believes that a growing Japanese presence in this state will bring the Japanese community closer together.
