Experian Presents Citizen Card

This card will act to identify the user as a legitimate, legal gamer.   Anyone interested in obtaining this card needs to provide Experion with certain personal data.  This includes an over 18 years old documentation.  The information is cross-referenced to make sure the given data is accurate.  Online casinos are concerned about protecting minors from   having casino access.  They try to warn minors that gambling under the age of 18 is illegal.
