RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based format for sharing and distributing content from an associated website. An RSS document, also known as a "feed", "web feed" or "channel", may be an entire article, a summary or a link to a story. Sign up to RSS feeds and the news will reach you automatically.
Podcasts, from the name iPod and the word broadcast, are digital-media files distributed over the Internet using feeds that can then be played on computers and portable media players. Podcasts are automatically transferred to a mobile device after they are downloaded using one of the several formats that we provide.
Click on the content area you wish to subscribe to and add it to your RSS Aggregator.
RSS feeds can be accessed and viewed by installing a news reader that displays RSS feeds from all sites you subscribe to, or use Web-based news readers (browsers and search engines offer these, among others) that add feeds directly to your personal page.
Simply click on the iTunes icon and play on the computer or synch it to your portable media player and take it with you wherever you go. Alternatively, click on the XML icon and download the file in a manner similar to the RSS feeder option.
