Oklahoma City Thunder vs. San Antonio Spurs, NBA Western Conference Final, Game 2, 9pm ET, 2am UK time.

After San Antonio's 122-105 win in the series opener Monday, the Spurs meet the Oklahoma City Thunder again tonight (9pm ET, 2am UK time) at the AT&T Center arena for the second game. Serge Ibaka's absence due to a calf injury was big news Monday, when it became known that the dominant center will lose the rest of the tournament. Ibaka's countering skills were much needed; San Antonio's hand was on the upper in rebounds with 40-37, scoring 66 points inside the paint compared to only 32 scored by Oklahoma City.

Good performances by Kevin Durant (28 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists) and Russell Westbrook who scored 25 points were not enough for Oklahoma to deal with San Antonio's Onslaught, powered by an electrifying performance from Kawhi Leonard.

It'll be interesting to see how Thunder coach Scott Brooks will re-arrange for today's game. While Ibaka is indeed crucial to the Thunder, it's impossible to base a whole team only upon one player. Brooks will have to find the sweet five man combination for the game and adapt quickly to the absence of Ibaka, or else it will be too late, although it may be too late now when they have to study in motion. As for the Spurs, they just have to do what they did Monday.
