NBA Thursday Game of the Night: Bulls vs CelticsPublished January 7, 2016 by Sol FH
Bulls vs Celtics via live streaming at bet365 at 1:05 GMT from United Center.
The Chicago Bulls are having a great 2016 in the NBA power rankings. Currently in second place (21-12) behind the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference, the Bulls are on a five-game win streak and seek to extend that to six after tonight. They will have to get by the Celtics to do so, but Boston has been struggling to win the last few nights and will need perform better on both sides of the court to beat the Bulls.
The Celtics have lost three of their last four games, including a tough one at home against the Pistons. The only beacons of hope for the Celtics have been Isaiah Thomas, whom led the team with 22 points and 10 assists, Evan Turner who dropped 17, and Jae Crowder and Amir Johnson who scored 16 each. The team shooting was grim at 37% in that same game and near the end, their defense fell apart, which led to a 33-19 fourth quarter for the Pistons.
The Bulls are on the other side of the spectrum, winning games decisively, including a 117-106 win on Tuesday against the Bucks. The Bulls' Jimmy Butler scored 32 points and added 10 assists, while Pau Gasol scored 26 and Derrick Rose added 16, as the team shot 55% in the win. They have lost merely five games at United Center this season and will most-likely improve to six-straight with Butler on fire.
Chicago will win tonight and punters that want to make a couple of wagers should take them to cover the spread at home (-5.00 – 1.90).
