XIN Gaming acquires Betting Promotion and Tain.
Tain and Betting Promotion were already successful and promising companies back in 2013 when they merged. Since then, the two companies grouped together and this caught the eye of leading XIN Gaming. The global B2B supplier of digitally distributed casino systems and games found it worthwhile to acquire the new company. With these newfound resources, the joint venture is expected to surge even higher.
XIN Gaming Pays a Hefty Amount
The acquisition of Tain and Betting Promotion wasn’t cheap, but XIN Gaming strongly believes that every dollar was worth spent. The deal set them back nearly $10 million, but they expect a generous return on investment. XIN managing director Mathias Larsson is confident that this deal takes his company to the next level and makes it more competitive.
Now that the acquisition of software and solutions provider is complete, Tain and Betting Promotion will be fully integrated in the XIN Gaming operation. The latest video slots produced by XIN, as well as the flagship live dealer games from Asia Gaming will be added. Tain has a fully fledged in-house offering ranging from casino to sports book products which should advance the interests of XIN.
A Venture Built on Experience
XIN Gaming has the resources and experience to integrate the newly acquired company. The team behind their venture has always used the latest technologies to build games. Innovation was at the cornerstone of the newly released games and this turned them into a premium supplier of digitally distributed content.
Tain and Betting Promotion are also entitled to be optimistic, since XIN Gaming has an excellent relationship with its partners. Their idea of business is to address a global demand with local delivery and they intelligently target specific markets with their game designs. The end result is a portfolio of original games that will appeal to casino players from all over the world.
