The Dead Man's Hand other wise known as aces and eights is a 5-card draw poker hand that sports two pair. The game is derived from 133 years of legendary poker tales, made famous by Wild Bill Hickok.
Contemporary folklore has it that Wild Bill was murdered while holding a pair of Aces and Eights,although there is no validation for this claim in the modern literature. This popular video poker game is also written as Aces & 8s.
About the game
