Tens or Better hands
The best possible payouts come from the most valuable hands that can be held. The Royal Flush is the dream maker which contains the 10, J, Q, K and A. Recall that in this game, a minimum of a pair of 10s or better is required to win.
In descending order of hand rank are the following possibilities:

Trivia
Tens or Better is a variation of game 6/5 Jacks or Better. The only difference being that the pair of 10s replaces the pair of Js. While the strategy is similar between these two games the Flush and Full House payouts are different.
