Jacks or Better is a progressive jackpot video poker game from Novomatic. The basic rules of the game are the same as non-progressive jackpot Jacks or Better, but you can also win a progressive jackpot in addition to the standard prizes.
Jackpot
To win the progressive jackpot, you must get a direct Royal Flush. A direct Royal Flush is a Royal Flush on your first hand without replacing any of your cards. In addition, this Royal Flush cannot include any jokers.

The minimum winning hand in this game is a pair of Jacks. In order to receive a payout you need a pair of Jacks or better. The other winning hands are based on standard poker hand rankings. These hands include a wild Royal Flush, three of a kind, two pair, flush, straight, full house, straight flush, four of a kind, five of a kind and a Royal Flush without a joker.
You can start the game by first selecting your bet size by clicking on the ‘-’ and ‘+’ buttons. Once you have chosen your bet size, you click ‘Start’. You will then be given 5 cards and you can choose to keep these cards or replace all/some of the cards.
Once you have discarded the ones you don’t want, you will receive replacement cards. After this, you will receive a payout if you have formed a winning poker hand.
