MARE BALTICUM Turns in Rousing Conference in Vilnius for 2019

A litany of expert speakers, engaging formats, and awards show illuminated this year's MARE BALTICUM in Vilnius.

The second edition of Baltic and Scandinavian Gaming Summit and Awards MARE BALTICUM Gaming Summit recently came off with flying colors to set new regional precedents,

The Event Status

Taking place on the 9th of May in Vilnius, MARE BALTICUM has established its place as THE premiere regional event gathering high numbers of delegates and quality content about the Baltic and Scandinavian region.

Attendance

The 2019 version hosted over 100 industry stakeholders this year to almost double the size of last year's inaugural event in Riga.

Highlights

Agenda highlights included numerous comprehensive panel discussions; an exclusive IMGL MasterClass; informative keynote presentations; a fireside chat; several networking opportunities and the inaugural BSG Awards (Baltic and Scandinavian Gaming Awards) recognizing the work of the top 21 companies.

Organiser Head Zoltan Tundik of European Gaming Events called the MARE BALTICUM Gaming Summit 2019 in Vilnius “a great opportunity for us to meet new friends and grow our family in the Baltic and Scandinavian region. The BSG Awards

Tundik also added his congratulations to the winners of the inaugural BSG Awards and committed to coming back in 2020 “with an even bigger and more interactive conference.”

The Baltic and Scandinavian Gaming Awards recognized the winners in the fields of gaming software suppliers, operators and service providers active in the Baltic and Scandinavian region.

Some Recipients included UltraPlay for Best eSports Service Provider in the Baltics 2019 and Nsoft for Best Fantasy Sports / Virtual Sports Provider in the Nordics 2019; Betsson for Best Online Casino in the Nordics 2019, and Tonybet for Best Sports Betting Operator in the Baltics 2019 and Bet365 for Best Sports Betting Operator in the Nordics 2019.

Outlook

With this year's event so illuminating, next year's event promises to be even better and farther reaching, with the site choice down to Tallinn (Estonia) or Copenhagen (Denmark). Whichever the site, MARE BALTICUM 2020 is sure to add another jewel of expansion to the Western European Region and beyond.
