In addition to the new poker room, the Windsor opened a new dining facility as well, simple called Cache. It is an exclusive dining area that is not accesses able to the entire public. It is only open on a limited basis to the public. Located on the lower level of the Canadian Club Salon with a magnificent view of the river and the Detroit skyline, it is exclusively geared for the casino's high roller players. There is room for up to 115 people at Cache. Guests will enjoy the wood paneling and plush leather seating.

The Windsor spared no expenses in hiring top Chef Deron Lepore who offers his famous dish known as the "Symphony of Seafood," which combines sea scallops, lobster tail, blue crab and prawns, for a feast of the taste buds.
