£50m Prem Predictor Launched by William HillPublished July 26, 2015 by Mike P
William Hill has introduced Prem Predictor, a new £50 million competition that challenges Premier League fans to correctly predict where all 20 teams will finish.
Man Utd and Liverpool have been heavily active in the transfer market in an effort to close the gap on Premier League giants Chelsea, Man City, and Arsenal. Each side is currently playing friendlies as part of their preparations for the new season, which is scheduled to start on Saturday 8 August. But this new season will have a lucrative new dimension in the shape of William Hill’s £50 million Prem Predictor competition.
Fans already have a wealth of football betting markets at their fingertips, but now there is an even more lucrative form of competition. Basically, fans can attempt to demonstrate their football knowledge by predicting where each of the 20 Premier League teams will finish at the end of the 2015/16 season. Correctly predicting the finishers will be tough, but the lure is the prospect of sharing £50 million.
Winning the Prize Money
William Hill has designed the competition so that the winning entrants will share the £50 million equally among themselves. In the event that Prem Predictor is won by just one entrant, then they will receive the entirety of the prize fund. William Hill has promised a consolation prize fund of £100,000 if no player is able to correctly select the 20 finishers. And added wrinkle is that the entrant or entrants with the most accurate predictions at Christmas will get to share a £100,000 prize fund.
Each customer will be permitted to enter Prem Predictor up to 250 times, and they can do so by using William Hill’s website, sports betting app, or shops. A closing date of Saturday 22 August has been given for Prem Predictor. By that time, each of the clubs will have played their first two games and shall be closer to their final squads. That should hopefully provide greater clarity for all who are hoping to succeed in Prem Predictor.
