Champions League Second Leg Odds: Legia Warsaw vs. Real Madrid

Legia Warsaw vs Real Madrid: Can the Polish squad hold off the Madrid attack? Find out tonight at 19:45 GMT.

Last night was the first of the second leg matches in the group stage of the Champions League. It was a thrilling night with some key matches that saw Barcelona fall to Man. City 3-1 and Atletico Madrid kept their clean sheet with a win over FC Rostov. Tonight, there are some big matches including Tottenham vs Bayer, Juventus vs Lyon, Kobenhavn vs Leicester and Legia Warsaw vs Real Madrid.

Real Madrid is behind Dortmund in Group F by two goals, but that will certainly change tonight, as they face Warsaw for the second time. The last match ended badly for Warsaw, as Real scored 5 goals, but the Polish squad was able to score once and they hounded the Madrid defense throughout the first 45 minutes. Despite losing by such a big margin, Warsaw proved that they can play with a team like Real and tonight having home-pitch advantage means that they could be even more dangerous for Los Blancos.

In the first leg Real went up 3-1 in the first half after goals from Gareth Bale, Asensio and an own goal after sloppy defense by Warsaw's Jodlowiec. Warsaw pressured Real throughout the match, which could spell trouble for Madrid in the second leg, but chances are that Los Blancos will win and win again big.

The biggest problem for Real would have been the actual stadium that they are to play in tonight. The "Polish Army Stadium" is known to have some of the wildest and most extreme fans in the world. Fans have fought with police and actually almost burned the stadium to the ground, but after some degenerates chanted racial slurs, blocked stairwells and threw objects onto the pitch, Real will face Warsaw in an empty stadium, as UEFA have punished the Polish side.

Champions League Betting and Odds

The odds are so in favor of Real that it wouldn't be profitable to bet on the outright winner. bet365 Sports have Madrid as favorites at 1.10, while Warsaw are at 29.00 to win. Perhaps betting on Correct Score is the best bet with odds around 7.00 and 7.50 for a Real victory at 2-0 or 3-0 respectably.
