Historic MGS 2019 Shines on MSAR This Week

Connecting a cross-sampling of industries, highly anticipated MSAR annual events Macau Gaming Show MGS Entertainment Show is coming into the iGaming spotlight this week.
The Event
Taking place from the 12th to 14th November in Cotai Expo Hall A & B of the Venetian Macao, up to 30 new exhibitors will push the exhibitor roster to a record-setting 150, while doubling attendance last year to 16800 while surpassing 75% growth in exhibition size.
Key Partnerships for 2019
Partnerships with Macau and Mainland China are reason for further growth this year--in celebration of Macau MSAR's 20th Anniversary, including participation from the China International Import Expo (CIIE), as hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China-Shanghai Municipal People’s Government.
Feature Documentary
This year, MGS will also be featured in a CCTV (China Central Television) documentary on the 20 years since the MSAR’s handover, with MGS emerging as a key driver in economic diversification of the area.
The 5G Opportunity
The co-operation between MGS and local telecommunications provider CTM will lay out the new seemingly endless opportunities of 5G technology in the gaming industry.
Key Programming
Day 1
Key speakers and events include the opening speech from Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau (DICJ) Director Paulo Martins Chan, who will provide more light on the progress and Road Map of the Great Bay Area (GBA) strategic objectives; up-and-coming entrepreneur Kevin Ho discussing opportunities and challenges in the GBA, and a panel on the opportunities and challenges of the Smart Hotel concept, as co-ordinated by the Faculty of Business Administration (University of Macau) and MGS.
Day 2
The second day delving into the details of the opportunities in gaming offered by Japan, including
new trends and latest developments and the impact of EGM machines in the diversification of the local gaming industry.
Outlook
With the program and proceedings loading the agenda to the hilt; MGS 2019 represents a must attend event at this particular stage of the event's development.
