The prestige of ICE grows further after winning AEO award for the Discover campaign it ran for the 2015 ICE Totally Gaming event.
One of the main events of ICE Totally Gaming 2015 has taken home a prestigious AEO award.
ICE's Discover campaign was named Marketing Campaign Of The Year at the AEO Excellence Awards ceremony. Held at the Grosvenor House in London's Park Lane, the lavish affair was attended by 1,000.
The Discover campaign itself attracted a record amount of attendees, a total of 25,497 from 133 countries. Finalist brands that the campaign beat out included the Ideal Home Show, the National Boat Show and the Olympia London Consumer Campaign.
The comprehensive award-winning campaign presented by Discover reached an estimated 150 countries. It consisted of over 120 adverts run throughout 63 specialist b2b gaming media and extensive media relations.
The campaign was further bolstered by an engagement programme backed by 200,000 individuals spread across 85,000 companies. The social media dimension included integration of twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, tumblr and the ICE mobile networking app into a publicity system supported by text marketing, e-shots, direct mail, a Jules Verne book promotion and two high definition Discover themed movie invitations.
The AEO judging panel lauded ICE organisers Clarion Events, praising the innovation and creativity of Clarion's approach to presentation of the innovative campaign event.
ICE 2016 will take place next February 2-4 in London. It features a comprehensive list of exhibitors and keynote speakers across all 9 sectors of iGaming: Betting, Bingo, Casino, Lottery, Mobile, Online, Social, Sports Betting and Street. The conferences provide a combination of case studies, interactive discussions, and focused networking events, as well as a wealth of additional free seminars on timely topics such as Cryptocurrencies, A Digital Think Tank and Tribal Gaming.
The ICE 2015 event was a huge success, with 25,497 attendees from 133 countries and a total of 8,000 operators in attendance. With 90% of the exhibitors and visitors saying that they were likely to return in 2016, the next event's numbers are sure to swell.
