Manchester United Challenges Chelsea at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea goes for the third straight win against low scoring Manchester United after losing both derbies of London (4:00 p.m UK Time).
Manchester United is slowly but surely starting to look like the biggest disappointment of the early season in the Premier League. Despite spending a fortune on players, an accomplished manager and operating numerous changes in the starting formation, the Red Devils are still trailing the leaders. A defeat against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge would only amplify their misery and this is something they need to avoid.
Invincible in More Than a Month
Manchester United hasn’t lost a match in the last 30 days, but this is not enough for their fans and management. Just three of those games resulted in victories and only one match was played in the Premier League. It’s simply not enough for a team that dreams about winning the trophy at the end of the season.
On Sunday afternoon, things are slightly different, since a draw wouldn’t be regarded as a bad result. Despite having such an offensive line up, Manchester United is better at defending and has the ability to close the gaps. Mourinho also has the advantage of knowing Chelsea very well and the Portuguese manager should be able to prepare his new side properly.
Back-To-Back Victories for Chelsea
The Blues are finally riding a winning streak, but it is a very short one and they are yet to win a match against a counter candidate. They’ve lost against both Liverpool and Arsenal and were clearly outplayed in both matches. This is a good reason for concern ahead of this fixture, given the intensity at which Manchester United plays against them at Stamford Bridge.
Bet365 sports and other bookmakers are crediting Chelsea with the first chance to emerge victorious. The odds on the home side are pretty short, so it makes perfect sense to do the exact opposite. Punters will benefit from odds of 7/10 if they bet on Manchester United not to lose on the road this Sunday.
