Microgaming and Games Global Limited sign a major deal that will have the former’s distribution business and online games portfolio transferred to the private capital-backed company.
Microgaming and Games Global Limited reached a milestone agreement on May 3rd. The deal states that Games Global Limited is the new owner of Microgaming’s distribution business and online games portfolio. This represents the culmination of months of hard work and dedication for both companies, setting the stage for their future development.
Games Global Now Owns More than 900 Gaming Brands
Microgaming has developed an extensive network of customers with a global reach that includes over 900 gaming brands. Under the terms of the deal, these now belong to Games Global Limited, which also acquired ownership of a vast catalog of popular games. In the wake of the sale, the software developer will channel all its efforts and energy towards the platform systems and services it currently supplies to leading online gaming brands, including Games Global.
The Isle of Man-based company is widely regarded as one of the leading suppliers of online casino games.
