Mobile gambling companies now have a way to more accurately verify their customers and reduce the risk of fraud, thanks to the launch of a new cutting-edge mobile verification service by Swedish company ZignSec.
Cutting down on mobile fraud
ZignSec's newly launched mobile verification solution is designed to improve the customer verification process at the source itself, using special virtual PortChannel (VPC) technology and SMS for customer registrations, payments and log-ins.
The verification process begins from the moment the mobile gaming user enters their cellphone number on an operator's website. From there an SMS with a unique pin code is sent to the user, who must then enter the code onto the website to authorize their identity, log-in or payment details.

According to ZignSec CEO Markus Andersson, the solution is designed to be as simple as possible for both operators and users, while still ensuring that the cutting-edge VPC technology is able to combat all visible and invisible threats of fraud to the mobile gaming operator.
