NHL Conference Finals Game 2: Penguins vs Senators

The NHL Eastern Conference Finals are all tied up a 1 game each. Which team will take the lead? Find out tonight at 1:00 GMT.

The NHL playoffs are in the Conference Finals and there is a real battle going on between the Ottawa Senators and the Pittsburgh Penguins. The Penguins lost Game 1, but got their revenge in a tough battle in Game 2. Now, as the series goes to Ottawa, the Senators are hoping that the home advantage will be enough to beat the Penguins and take a big lead in Games 3 and 4, so their return to the US will only leave them with one win needed to make the Stanley Cup Finals.

If you have been following the NHL playoffs then you probably know that this year is one of the most action-packed in recent history. The 4 teams remaining are all set on making it to the Stanley Cup Finals and each one is worthy of doing so. The Penguins yet again spoiled the Washington Capitols' chances this year in the last series, while the Senators got the best of the NY Rangers after six games. The Senators will be looking for their second-ever Conference Championships, which could lead them to their first-ever Stanley Cup victory, against either the Ducks or the Predators.

Ottawa and Pittsburgh are two teams with very different styles of hockey. Ottawa plays a much more defensive game, scoring most of their goals in transition, while the Penguins are a high-flying offense charged by their incredible talent like Sidney Crosby and Evgani Malkin and the superb goaltending of Marc-Andre Fleury.

Game 3 should be incredible, as both teams are intent on taking the lead. bet365 Sports has taken a special interest in the NHL Playoffs this year and are offering attractive odds that bettors can capitalize on numerous odds and betting markets available throughout all of the series'.
