Pai Gow poker is just one of the many forms of poker that can be played at the online casino. Online Casino Reports has included a guide to help players unfamiliar with Pai Gow. The general purpose of Pai Gow Poker is for the player to make their two poker hands beat the banker's two hands.

Pai Gow Poker uses a standard deck of 52 card deck and one joker. A roll of the dice or a randomly generated number decides on who get the first set of cards.  Player get seven cards in total and must split them into two different hands (also known as setting the hand).  The first of two hands consist of 5 cars and is known as the highest hand or the back.  The second hand includes two cards is referred to as the second highest or the front or even sometimes as the low hand.  The 5 card hand must always rank higher than the 2 card hand.

Pai Gow poker pays even money or 1:1 for your bet if both hands beat the dealer. It should be noted that it is wise to check the online casino policy and payout first.  The bank usually takes a 5% commission but it is wise to check the online casino you are playing at.  If both your hands lose against the dealer's hands, the dealer takes the bet.  If you win only one of the two hands, then it is a push or a tie. Try out a game of Pai Gow poker at your favorite online casino and play in free mode to test it out before placing real money bets.
