Playtech Embarks on Next Generation Live Casino Adventure with Grand Royale

Playtech's Grand Royale is the first step in Playtech's mission to revolutionize the Live Casino offering, creating high-quality and user friendly environment.
Delivering on their promises of the next generation Live Casino experience, Playtech has launched Grand Royale, a high-end Live Dealer experience which is only the first of many similar concepts planned for the future. Featuring superb graphic and audio experience, Grand Royale aims to create value for company's licensees and players alike.
Targeting High-Value Players
The new cutting-edge Live Play studio has been designed to attract and increase engagement by high-value casino customers. According to the PR accompanying the launch, Playtech's Live team has been working hard to develop a truly unique, VIP gaming experience, which includes superior features, smooth gameplay, and personalization options.
At the moment, Playtech's Grand Royale offers seven tables. Five of these cater to blackjack players, there is one roulette and one baccarat table. Newly designed Grand Blackjack tables offer improved gaming experience similar to that of Salle Privée table. The Grand Roulette table also provides a richer and more engaging playing experience, being an upgraded version of Mini Prestige Roulette.
Smooth Transition and Increased Interest
Grand Royale tables were first introduced at the end of February, and the transition of the existing players across Playtech licensees was a very smooth one. On top of that, there was a 30% uplift across new tables, indicating the development team has done an excellent job with the new concept.
As Shimon Akad, Playtech's COO explained, this was just the first step in the development of the next generation live casino solutions. All of them, including Grand Royale, contain unique elements, aiming to maximize the user value and expand the existing network.
Mr. Akad also emphasized he was deeply convinced that Grand Royale truly stands out as the best in the class of available Live Casino offerings, creating value for the operators and increasing enjoyment for the players. He also announced that many new live rooms and environments were scheduled to follow shortly.
