Premier League Preview: Chelsea Vs. Manchester United

The Blues look to strike back against Man. U tonight at 20:00 GMT at Stamford Bridge.
The last time that Chelsea and Man. U faced-off, the latter got the victory at Old Trafford. The Blues will be looking to avenge that loss at home tonight, and hope they can gain an even bigger advantage over Tottenham, and move close to Leicester, in third place. Chelsea is keen to keep its position and qualify for next season's Champions League.
Chelsea enters Matchday 26 with a record of 12-5-8 and 41-points for fourth place overall, while Man. U is in ninth place with a record of 9-8-9 and 35-points.
Neither team has been that consistent this season, but at least Chelsea has shown some improvement. The Blues are a very young team and there is the question of how they will fare against domestic and European competition entering the last games of the year.
Man.U has only won one of its last five matches but they could still contend for a spot in the UCL next season, thanks to the UEFA ban on Manchester City (serious breaches of Uefa's club licensing and financial fair play regulations). That may be a long shot as the Red Devils are far back in the standings but a win would bring them within reach of a Europa League berth.
Both teams enjoyed a two-week rest for the winter break and used that time to regroup. United will be without Marcus Rashford which will likely be a serious problem for them at Stamford Bridge as they will need all hands on deck.
