SiGMA is a three-day expo focusing on the Malta iGaming industry. The expo combines awards, an exhibition, conferences, and networking.
SiGMA is ready to return for a fifth time on 28 November 2018 and shall run for three days. This time, the iGaming Malta event shall be housed at the Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre (MFCC) in Ta’Qali, where visitors shall also be in close proximity to the national park and international football stadium.
Fundamentally, SiGMA is an expo that is designed to showcase the iGaming industry in Malta. Approximately 12,500 attendees are expected to travel to the expo from over 80 countries.
Malta Gaming Awards
On the eve of SiGMA, some of the early attendees will also be purchasing seats for the Malta Gaming Awards 2018. This ceremony shall also be hosted at the MFCC and will take place on the evening of Tuesday 27 November.
The organisers have planned for awards to be given out across 25 categories, with nominations being made in advance of the ceremony. At glance, some of the more prominent award categories would have to include iGaming Brand, Sports Book Operator, Payments Provider, Innovator, Multi Channel Provider, and Best Slot Game.
Early attenders can start by joining in with the networking events. From 28-30 November, they will then have three days in which to walk the exhibition floor and visit the various booths. During that time, there will be many different conferences hosted by industry experts who have been booked for the expo.
The exhibition floor has been filled out with an array of companies from the iGaming industry. These include names such as 1XBet, 4STOP, 21 Casino, 888, Affiliate Republik, Aspire Global, Axion Gaming, BDO, bet365, BetSoft, Betsson, bgo, and Booming Games, next to hundreds of other iGaming companies.
