Tonybet has announced the first winner of the €7,000 Silver Card in its ongoing World Cup Card Collection promotion. The lucky player, based in Kilcock, County Kildare, Ireland, collected the campaign's special Silver Card during the knockout stage of the FIFA World Cup.
