2018/19 NBA Playoffs: Take A Look At The Greatest In Basketball Tonight

Sol FH. - April 17, 2019

The NBA playoffs rattle on with three matches scheduled for tonight, starting late at 1:00 GMT.

If you've been all tied up thinking about the Champions League, or, Tiger Woods' amazing fifth Green Jacket at the Masters this year, you might have overlooked that the NBA playoffs have begun and we've got some of the most incredible action on the hardwood. The playoffs started on Saturday Night, and so far we have seen some incredible action from the best teams on the face of the planet.

Inside the NBA Playoffs

Clippers vs. Warriors

There was a massive upset last night in Golden State's first round, with Curry, Durrant, and the boys dropped a game to the Los Angeles Clippers - 135-131. The Clippers went on a rampage after the half and scored 85-points. The Warriors were totally lost and had no answer to the onslaught. That series is now tied 1-1. Game 3 is this Friday at 3:30 GMT. The odds are back in favor of the NBA Champions with bet365 Sports posting at 1.28 if they can pick up the win. For the Clippers, another huge performance will be needed, but they might have blown their fight in the first game. They are listed at 3.75.

76ers vs. Nets

The 76ers were surprised by the Nets in Game 1, as the latter took a victory away from Philadelphia. The Philadelphia squad took the game right back away last night with a 145-123 victory, charged by excellent performances from their starting five, and the bench. This series will be very interesting as the Nets are ready to prove they deserve to be in the offseason. Bet365 Sports still likes Philadelphia at 1.71, but, the Nets are very close at 2.20.

Tonight's Games

Raptors vs. Magic

We roll into the Great North, to the home of the Raptors tonight, as they take on the Magic in the second game of the best of seven series. The Magic stunned the Raptors in the first leg winning by three points. Tonight, the Raptors are in control of the odds with bet365 posting at 1.16 to the Magic' 5.50.

Spurs vs. Nuggets

This is also a very interesting series with the Nuggets, the second-ranked team in the Western Conference, losing the first game at the hands of the Spurs. San Antonio took total control of the game at pulled out an away-win against Denver. Tonight, the actions continue in Colorado, and the odds are in favor of the home team once again. Truth be told, the experience of the Spurs in the playoffs is a major issue for any team facing them. Odds for a Nuggets win is at 1.35, while the Spurs are at 3.30.

Trail Blazers vs. Thunder

Portland was in great spirits after taking Game 1 away from the Thunder. The 104-99 final was a slap in the face of Russel Westbrook, who looked to be unstoppable throughout. The Trail Blazers are looking to get another win to take a 2-0 lead, but, the Thunder are ready to strike back. Portland is still on top in the odds at 1.80 from bet365 Sports. The Nuggets are at 2.05 if they can pull out the win.
