888 and Gaming Realms Strike Slingo DealPublished January 21, 2018 by Mike P
Slingo games are coming to 888’s Dragonfish bingo network in 2018 following a multi-year agreement with Gaming Realms.
888 Holdings and Gaming Realms have reached a content agreement that will have far-reaching implications moving forward. From 2018, Gaming Realms is granting 888 a three-year licence in which to host Slingo content.
Slingo to Reach Dragonfish Network
Essentially, Slingo is a conceptual coming together of slots and bingo principals to create a single instant game. Gaming Realms is the overall owner of Slingo content, but the company assigns development to a dedicated studio called Slingo Originals.
Slingo Originals has gradually expanded its game selection to the point where 888 shall be able to receive more than 15 games when the January 2018 deal was struck. Moving forward, there could be yet more Slingo games to emerge across 888 gaming sites from 2018 and beyond.
In announcing the multi-year deal, it emerged that 888 has plans to introduce Slingo games across more than 200 Dragonfish sites. As a whole, the Dragonfish network is predominantly focused on online bingo, so the arrival of Slingo serves to diversify the gaming selection.
Slingo Game Selection
Thus far, the studio has so far created a combination of original and licensed Slingo content cross-platform compatible on mobile and desktop devices. Starting with the latter, these games feature branded crossovers with the likes of Rainbow Riches, Deal or No Deal, The Price is Right, Britain’s Got Talent, and the X-Factor.
There is a larger selection of original games coming to Dragonfish sites, with some of the titles including Slingo Riches, Bar-X Colossal, Wheely Wheely Big Win, Pay of the Dead, Magic Mine, Pigasus & Friends, and Slingo Reel Extreme.
