Amaya and Rational will integrate gaming platforms.
According to a new licensing agreement between Amaya and Rational Group, the two online gaming giants will integrate platforms.
Amaya Games Migrate to Full Tilt
Amaya will move its entire diverse array of online and mobile casino games, branded content included, onto Full Tilt's platform. This is the first significant step in the unification of forces on the heels of the recent acquisition of Rational by Amaya.
Rational's Portfolio Expansion
The transition began in earnest earlier this year, Rational Group subsidiary Full Tilt expanded its gaming offerings with single- and multi-player Roulette and Blackjack variations as well as new online slots.
The online slots offered by Rational are overall enhanced further with the inclusion of Amaya's Casino Gaming System, which helps Amaya by expanding the company's international user reach and opening further global distribution channels.
About Rational
Rational Group is a mini-conglomerate of gaming operators and related businesses. Gaming companies under the Rational umbrella include PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker, the European Poker Tour, PokerStars Caribbean Adventure, Latin American Poker Tour and the Asia Pacific Poker Tour.
These brands not only offer games, but organize online poker games and tournaments, live poker competitions as well as poker programs for television and web. This makes Amaya currently the world's largest producer of live poker events.
About Amaya
As a leading gaming provider, Amaya offers a fully diversified array of games, online service and support ranging from casino to poker to sportsbooks to gaming platforms to lotteries and slot machines. With offices in North America, Latin America and Europe, Amaya's technical platform support is utilized by many of the industry's leading gaming operators.
Amaya Expansion Deals
This latest implementation of expansion with the Rational platform is one of a series of steps Amaya is taking to expand into new markets. Further gaming content will be available through Amaya as a result of other new partnerships the company has formed, with among them Leander Games and Swedish casino games developer Net Entertainment.
Spain and Italy Next
Amaya will be expanding its market into the Spanish and Italian sectors with an initial launch of blackjack and roulette in Spain via its own subsidiary Reel Spain. In the era of expansion, the fun is just beginning for Amaya.
