Ultimate Gaming signs Amaya Gaming Group to provide gaming content for their NJ gaming site, UCasino.
The agreement calls for of a selection of Amaya's casino games to be offered on the Ucasino gaming website, which is owned by Ultimate Gaming and its licensed partner, Trump Taj Mahal Associates.
Chief executive officer of Ultimate Gaming, Tobin Prior, commented on the deal, "Providing high quality, engaging and entertaining games from top content providers like Amaya is key to delivering the best possible experience to our players."
The selection of games include various slots, video poker, table games, shared jackpots and a variety of branded titles. Also included in the offering will be HTML5 versions that will operate on mobile devices.
Amaya chief executive officer David Baazov commented, "Having established a strong reach in the nascent US market, we will be looking to increase our market share on our licensee's websites by providing new and innovative gaming content, an increasing selection of HTML5 games, and online and mobile versions of popular game titles that are currently on our land-based gaming machines."

New Jersey in one of the three states to have legalized online gaming over the past year; the other two are Nevada and Delaware. The legalization of online gambling in individual states has sparked a heated debate regarding federal regulations, with strong advocates both for and against legislation. Until that happens, other states are free to pass their own legislation, though none have yet done so.
