Ambitious New Deal Struck Between Novomatic and Greentube to Expand into Multiple JurisdictionsPublished May 7, 2021 by Lee R
Novomatic and Greentube have together positioned themselves for turbo-paced expansion.
A new multi-jurisdictional deal between two iGaming giants may define the wave of the future for joint agreements.
The joint content deal calls for content from Novomatic Interactive Division Greentube to be added to Pariplay’s leading aggregator platform Fusion.
Leading Greentube titles such as Book of Ra deluxe; Lucky Lady’s Charm deluxe; and Sizzling Hot deluxe will be made available to Pariplay’s extensive operator network.
By covering multiple regulated markets in one agreement, Greentube automatically expands into multiple markets, offering in-house innovative content as well as online adaptations of NOVOMATIC titles. The deal builds on Greentube's prominent footprint in several markets as is.
With Pariplay’s Fusion platform licensed in more than 16 regulated markets and already hosting many of the industry’s most comprehensive offerings, this deal is set to vault the reach of both companies across multiple markets.
Pariplay Boss Speaks
Of the bold new agreement, Pariplay Chief Commercial Officer Christine Lewis said “Greentube’s content needs no introduction,” calling Greentube content “some of the industry’s most popular games” which are “loved by players all over the world.”
Of particular note to Lewis is the slot catalogue, whose wide appeal Lewis looks forward to as a significant element of Pariplay's subsequent portfolio moving forward.
Greentube Rep Speaks
Commenting on the deal from the other side, Greentube CFO/CGO Michael Bower celebrated the fact that his organisation's content “has gained a global following” as Greentube “continues to offer as many players as possible our entertaining and engaging games.
Bowers lauded Pariplay as a “leading aggregator offering premium content to a vast number of industry operators,” with Bower looking forward excitedly to the new phase of expansion that the partnership beckons with.
New Partnership Model
The multi-jurisdictional nature of the contract, with these diverse technological iGaming providers positioned both structurally and legally to implement the expansion across multiple markets, indicating a new type of hybridisation of iGaming partnerships which are likely to become a standard for future arrangements.
Industry stakeholders, players and investors should all take note of the sustainability of organisations with permits and plans for multiple jurisdictions, because it makes them operationally more adaptible and thus prepared to thrive in multiple cultural environments.
