Barcelona's Live Gaming Summit 2018 Will be Lavish and ProductivePublished January 28, 2018 by Lee R
Barcelona is positioned to catch the live gaming revolution.
Coming in hot for April is Barcelona’s 2nd Annual Live Gaming Summit, to take place at Casino Barcelona April 26, 2018.
Live Casino Era
The event couldn’t be more timely, as live casino gaming has emerged as one of the key income generators for the remote gaming industry.
The growth spurt was first recorded in 2014, when H2 Gambling Capital reported that close to a third of online casino GGR in EU regulated markets was being generated by live gaming, with live gaming GGR in regulated EU markets projected to increase another 50% by 2020.
Harness the Benefits
Live Gaming Summit is bringing together for a second annual event an array of providers, operators, experts, and other stakeholders to go over the latest developments in live gaming and harness the benefits of the latest industry developments.
Last Year’s Inspiring Launch
Last year the kickoff event had widespread representation, with attendance encompassing a hundred visitors spread out across fourteen countries of origin, including the US and the Philippines.
After the inaugural edition distinguished itself last year with its memorable presentations and all-night networking, this year’s event will build on that.
The venue for 2018 Live Gaming Summit is set for the opulent Casino Barcelona, at close range roulette and blackjack tables as well as a beautiful beach, right underneath Barcelona’s top hotel, the Hotel Arts (Ritz Carlton).
Confirmed Gaming organisational representatives include Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, LeoVegas, Unibet, and Mr Green.
Topics to be Covered
Key topics at the 2018 Live Gaming Summit include opportunities for land-based casinos: studios and table streaming; localization and private tables; in-venue (closed loop) live gaming; product development & tech; virtual reality; regulatory developments; and television gaming.
With the array of industry stars and flashpoint topics, building on last year’s momentum at such opulent environs in Barcelona should be not only productive, but jaw-dropping in style.
